I determined that for every 20 pounds from baseline (with wiggle room for a pound on either side of 20), I'll post a pic. You have been warned.

I don't see much difference, but I sure can fell it.
There's a difference! It's subtle, but you can tell it's gone.

ReplyDeleteThere is a different, look at your tummy, see under the chest, you are smaller there and look at your arms, it shows. You are doing good. Keep it up.
