The difference between today's weigh in and last night's silent celebration is clothing (now I'm blushing having written that) and a lot of water. I am very pleased with both numbers.
Both are good! Well done :) And yeah, the scale can fluctuate insanely like that. I have a range of weight wherein I'm reasonably content, and it's about 2 pounds either side of 139. I prefer the down side... LOL
