Well, it's taken me much longer to get (re)started than I thought. I was able to get out last evening and have a nice jog with my daughters. I can tell I've both put 30 pounds back on and that I've lost all the conditioning I created last summer. I've gone back to week 1, day 1 of the Couch to 5K program. This time around, however, I wasn't tasting blood on my breath after each one minute session of jogging. My ankles are really the only part of my body that are complaining a day later. It felt really good to get out there.
